Workspace Overview

Understanding workspaces and how they work

Workspace Overview

A workspace is your team's shared space in Round Two. It's where you collaborate on boards, manage team members, and organize your feedback collection.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is like a shared workspace for your team. It allows you to:

  • Create Multiple Boards: Organize feedback across different products or topics
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Invite others to work together
  • Manage Access: Control who can create boards and manage settings
  • Organize Resources: Keep everything related to your team in one place

Workspace Structure

Boards

All boards created in a workspace belong to that workspace. This helps you:

  • Organize boards by team or project
  • Share boards with workspace members
  • Manage access at the workspace level

Team Members

Workspace members can:

  • View and manage boards (depending on permissions)
  • Collaborate on feedback
  • Access workspace settings (if they have permission)

Settings

Workspace settings include:

  • Name and branding
  • Member management
  • Billing and subscriptions
  • Access controls

Creating a Workspace

When you first sign up, you'll be prompted to create a workspace.

2

Enter a name for your workspace (e.g., your company name or project name).

Workspace Roles

Workspaces have different roles with different permissions:

Owner

The workspace owner has full control:

  • Manage all settings
  • Invite and remove members
  • Manage billing
  • Delete the workspace

Admin

Admins can:

  • Manage boards
  • Invite members (depending on settings)
  • Access most settings

Member

Members can:

  • View and contribute to boards
  • Submit and manage feedback
  • Limited access to settings
