Board Settings

After creating a board, you can customize its settings to match your needs. This guide will walk you through all the available board settings.

Accessing Board Settings

Navigate to your board by clicking on it from your boards list.

Click the "Settings" button or icon, usually located in the top right corner of the board page.

General Settings

Board Name and Description

You can update your board's name and description at any time:

In the board settings, find the "General" section.

Update the board name and description to reflect any changes in your feedback collection goals.

Board Slug

The board slug is the part of the URL that identifies your board. For example, in roundtwo.io/board/product-feedback, "product-feedback" is the slug.

Access Settings

Control who can view and submit feedback to your board:

  • Public: Anyone with the link can view and submit feedback
  • Private: Only invited users can access
  • Password Protected: Users need a password to access

Go to the "Access" section in board settings.

Select the access level that fits your needs.

If you choose password protection, set a password that users will need to enter.

Appearance Settings

Customize how your board looks:

  • Colors: Choose colors that match your brand
  • Logo: Upload a logo to display on your board
  • Custom Domain: Use your own domain (if available)

Navigate to the "Appearance" section.

Customize colors, upload a logo, or configure other visual settings.

Saving Changes

After making your changes, click the "Save" or "Update" button.
