Understanding feedback boards and how they work
What Are Boards?
Boards are the foundation of Round Two. They're where you collect and organize feedback from your users.
Understanding Boards
A board is like a dedicated space for collecting feedback on a specific topic. For example:
- A product feedback board for your mobile app
- A feature request board for your website
- A general feedback board for your service
Each board can have its own:
- Name and Description: Tell users what kind of feedback you're looking for
- Access Settings: Control who can view and submit feedback
- Customization: Brand colors and settings
How Boards Work
- You Create a Board: Set up a board with a name, description, and access settings
- Users Submit Feedback: Users can submit feedback items to your board
- You Review Feedback: View and respond to feedback from your users
- You Take Action: Keep users informed about progress on their feedback
Board Types
Boards can be:
- Public: Anyone with the link can view and submit feedback
- Link-Only: Not listed publicly, but accessible via direct link
- Password Protected: Users need a password to access
- Invite-Only: Only users you invite can access
